* Charged each month once account is activated and continuing until account is closed. Cards will be automatically debited this amount on the 1st day of the month following the month the Card was activated.
** If the account goes 180 consecutive days with no activity, the account becomes inactive. This fee will be charged for each calendar month the account is inactive.

After nine (9) consecutive months with no activity or a zero balance, the account will be closed.

1. Why did I receive a new card, with a new name?
DiscountAdvances.com has joined the Discover® Network in order to offer our customers expanded service in more places. When we changed card providers, we also changed the name of the card from the ‘I Got It’ Card to the ‘Discount Cash’ Card.
2. Can I transfer my ‘I Got It’ Card balance to my ‘Discount Cash’ card? If so, how?
Yes you can. Just call the number on the back of your new card. (Secure Cash Network 1-800-710-3909)
3. Will there be a fee to transfer my balance from the ‘I Got It’ Card to the new ‘Discount Cash’ Card?
There will not be a fee when you transfer your balance.
4. Is my old ‘I Got It’ Card still good? If so, for how long?
Your ‘I Got It’ Card is still valid for purchases. However, as of October 27, 2008, you will no longer be able to load cash onto your ‘I Got It’ card.
5. How much does the new card cost?
There is no cost to obtain the ‘Discount Cash’ Card.
6. When will I receive my new ‘Discount Cash’ Card?
Your ‘Discount Cash’ Card will be mailed out on October 22, 2008. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery of your new card.
7. How do I activate my new ‘Discount Cash’ Card?
Instructions for activating your new ‘Discount Cash’ Card will be included in the mailer that arrives with your new card.
8. How quickly can I use the card?
For previous card holders, the card can be used immediately after card activation.

For new customers, on your next application with our company, request that you would like to access funds by using your ‘Discount Cash’ Card.
9. Where can I use my new card?
Your ‘Discount Cash’ Card can be used at ATMs and/or wherever Discover® Card is accepted, like retail and grocery stores.

POS Purchases: Remember, when you select the “credit” option when making an in-store purchase, there is no fee for the transaction.

ATMs: We do recommend that if you use your card at an ATM; make large withdrawals to cut down on service fees by the card processing company.
10. Can I still use my new card the same way?
Yes, and because we have joined the Discover® Network, you will have the ability to use your card in even more places.
11. What number should I call if I have questions about my new card?
Please call Secure Cash Network at 1-800-710-3909 if you have any questions about the new ‘Discount Cash’ Card.
12. Do I have the option to cancel my card?
You can cancel your new ‘Discount Cash’ Card and/or your old ‘I Got It’ Card by calling Secure Cash Network at 1-800-710-3909.
13. Would my ‘Discount Cash’ Card be faster than a bank transaction?
Yes! With your ‘Discount Cash’ Card, your money will be available to you shortly after approval, even on weekends. If deposited into your bank account, the availability of your money could take up to a few days.
14. How quickly can I receive my money?
You can still receive your money the same day your cash advance is approved.
15. When do I get a card if I am a new customer?
Once you have been approved for your first loan, the ‘Discount Cash’ Card will be sent to you within 15 to 20 business days. After you have paid your first loan in full, you will then have the option to have all future loans deposited to your ‘Discount Cash’ Card.
16. What if the card was lost or stolen?
Not to worry! If you have kept your PIN number confidential, just call 1-800-710-3909 for assistance.
17. How do I check the balance on my card?
We have two ways you can check your balance:
a. Free online access to your account can be accomplished by clicking on the "Check your card’s balance here" link found at the bottom of the page.
b. For a small fee, you can check your balance by calling the Secure Cash Network automated system at 1-800-710-3909.
